Hats & Hats

These are two hats I have made, the garnet beret made of 100% alpaca, and, still on needles, the sampler hat of Noro Silk Garden (45% silk, 45% kid mohair, 10% wool, and kinda scratchy). This picture does show the entrelac on the Noro hat, and no, the color variation is in the yarn, not something I worked in. The Noro hat is now finished, and I finished off the Log Cabin Lap Blanket last night(just have to weave in the ends), and several projects are now glaring at me to be finished. Or started. And no, that is not one of my sculptures, it is a phrenology head that Michael got for me when the brain exhibit was up at the State Museum, along with the brain jello mold.

Last ngiht I went to a class on discipline, for children, and it was informative and helpful. We'll see how it works.

I moved the knitted "wooby" to the new car. You'll have to see our new ride!! I'm sure Bella will like it. . . . more buttons to push and dials to turn.
