Back to Normal

The in-laws left Thursday morning. The jobs accomplished in the new studio:

• electrical run, including two new outlets, breakers, and two heaters.
• drywall finished on the north and west wall (the east wall has to be built before we can drywall)
• new exterior door installed, including a new door sill, since the old one was rotted.
• cabinets installed over one work area in the new studio.

Yesterday I gave notice 60 days) on my old studio. Now we have a full-size futon and about 150 plaster molds to get rid of, and two walls to build (one interior, one exterior) and we are ready to get to artmaking! Today Arabella and I are staying home and enjoying the quiet.
