Really Mad Morning

Yes, Frank, the Storm Door has been up for almost 2 weeks, and it is heavy, but wow does it work. It's a dream. The livingroom is probably 5 degres warmer now, since we don't have the warmth sucking draft out the front door.

I often check my email first thing in the morning, and this morning I had gotten an email from the mother in charge of membership at Arabella's cooperative preschool, in response to my email inquiry, that NO, she never received Arabella's registration and check, even though I PUT IT IN THE MAILBOX AT HER HOUSE almost 2 weeks ago. Since this closely follows my finding out that the check and order form for class photos never got to where it was supposed to go (and so I am still waiting on class photos when all the other families had them 3 months ago) I am feeling a bit ... hmmm... bloody furious. Although I remind myself that it is probably just the same kind of disorganization that leads to things like me forgetting to pay the gas bill, I do feel a bit singled out.

Why I feel like I am in Exile.

You're not in exile; you're just in Indiana.

Glad to hear the new storm door is doing its job.
