The in-laws left yesterday, after visiting for nearly a week. While they were here, Frank took this picture of Sabine. Friday was her 6 month checkup, and she is right in the center of the chart at 16 pounds 3 oz, and 26 inches long. I told the pediatrician that she is happy and healthy, and he said "and the next one will be even better." I think he was surprised when I said Sabine is it, we will not be having any more kids. Frank and Ev had a great time playing with both girls, and both girls enjoyed the attention of their grandparents.
As far as I'm concerned, the highlight of the grandparents visit was the evening Michael and I went out without the girls and had steaks and margaritas.
The taxes are done (for both 2006 and 2007, yes, I know ...) and that is a huge relief. Even though I knew we didn't owe, I was beginning to get nervous that the IRS would come and put me in jail for my paltry 1099 income. I am easily spooked.

Bean looks like such a big girl in that picture. She is growing so fast. Hope the time w/ the In-Laws was grand. We'll have to stop by sometime, seeing as the husband has more time on his hands at this point.
