... because last night I put a bottle of water in my purse without checking that the cap was screwed on tight. And my camera, my much loved Nikon Coolpix, got totally wet. I dried it as best as I could, waited awhile, but it hasn't decided to come to life. I think it's done for.
I guess the only good news is my phone was in an outside pocket, and so didn't get so much as humid.
