Okay, so I realized last night the ultimate futility of knitting a skirt for Arabella tomorrow, instead I decided to ... knit a sweater! No, just kidding, I decided to dye the pink corduroys brown, they are already somewhat brown after an introduction to chocolate ice cream and araeblla's complete lack of any idea how to eat ice cream. She's a licker: even when the ice cream is melting everywhere, she refuses to bite it. So I bought chocolate brown Rit dye, and after bedtime I will dye them in the kitchen sink. Should be fast, they're small.
She has started looking forward to bedtime, now that she gets a heart sticker for good bedtime behavior. She announced at 7 pm that it was time for "nap", even though her bedtime is not until 8.
