The Clapotis is just started in this picture. As of last night I have about 18 inches on it, and am still increasing, but I may be on the last increase. The yarn is so soft and easy to knit with, and so amazingly light weight. This will make a pretty good size scarf, but it won't be a heavy winter weight, which is good, since in So Cal Mom won't have much need for a heavy winter scarf. I may have to make one for myself when I get done. It's very tempting to unravel my garnet alpaca wrap (that has twisted stitches, due to my dumb mistake in purling)and reknit the yarn as a Clapotis. Oh, yeah, I can do that in all the spare time I have between making art, caring for Arabella, knitting the first Clapotis, preparing for a new baby ...

LOL! Spare time?! I'm pretty sure spare time goes out the window along with privacy and other stuff when you have kids. ;)
